We’re excited to introduce our new referral program, exclusively for our valued month-to-month residents at Kokomo Oaks.
Here’s how it works:
Share the benefits of Kokomo Oaks with your friends or coworkers.
New residents must: Mention your referral upon their first contact with us, whether it’s during a call or through our online application.
Provide your full first and last name to ensure the referral is properly attributed to you. Note: Referrals won’t be recognized if this step is missed.
Once the new resident has paid their first month’s rent, a $100 discount will be applied to your account. If your account has no current balance, the discount will be credited for future use.
This referral program is active until October 17, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
